Class Registration:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for classes
• Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment
• Class capacity is limited and enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis
• You are responsible for ensuring you register for the correct course type (Initial vs. Renewal)

Prerequisites: Some courses have prerequisites (e.g., current BLS certification for ACLS). You are responsible for meeting all prerequisites before attending.

• Payment is required at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified
• For on-site facility training, pricing may vary based on distance, headcount, and customization
• All prices are in US Dollars
• Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

• Students must arrive on time and attend the entire class to receive certification
• Students must actively participate in all required skills practice and testing
• Students must demonstrate competency in all required skills to pass
• Late arrivals may not be admitted and will forfeit their registration fee
• Students who fail to demonstrate competency will not receive certification

Upon successful completion of a course, students will receive an official AHA eCard certification. Certifications:

• Are valid for 2 years from the date of issuance
• Are issued electronically and can be accessed immediately upon completion
• Remain the property of the American Heart Association
• Cannot be transferred to another individual

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel classes due to low enrollment (minimum 4 students for public classes)
• Reschedule classes due to instructor illness, weather, or other emergencies
• Change class locations if necessary

In the event we cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class date.

Students are expected to:

• Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructor directions
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
• Refrain from disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to remove any student who violates these conduct expectations without refund.
